摘 要:文章批判吸收海外教育融合出版企业在人才引进与培养等方面的做法和经验,为我国教育出版企业融合发展工作提供参考和借鉴。文章以《出版商周刊》最新公布的获得资本市场融资额度最高的39家海外初创教育融合出版企业为研究对象,采用文本分析法,研究其岗位结构、知识技能结构及能级结构。研究发现,教育融合出版企业中已出现传统编辑岗被信息技术岗取代的趋势;“一岗多责”已成为不同岗位的普遍要求;适用不同岗位的通用能力日益成为显性要求;灵活、健全的福利制度仍是教育融合出版企业吸引并留住人才的有效条件等。Critically assimilating the practices and experiences of overseas integrated educational publishing enterprises in terms of talent introduction and cultivation,we try to provide reference and lessons for the integrated development of China's educational publishing enterprises.The article takes the 39 overseas startup educational convergence publishing enterprises(with the highest amount of capital market financing announced by Publisher Weekly)as the research subjects,and adopts the text analysis method to study their job structure,knowledge and skill structure as well as capability level structure.The study finds that traditional editing positions have been replaced by information technology positions;"multiple responsibilities"has become a common requirement for different positions;competence applicable to different positions have become more and more obvious;and a flexible and sound welfare system is still an effective condition for attracting and retaining talents in integrated educational publishing enterprises.
