摘　　要：心脏监护室(CCU)作为心血管危重症诊疗的核心单元,集中体现了现代医院急危重症救治体系的建设水平。我国CCU起步较晚且发展相对缓慢,但自1982年北京协和医院建立首个CCU以来,近年来三级医院已普遍建立配备先进监护设备和生命支持系统的CCU单元,在心血管疾病的治疗与护理中起到了重要作用。肥厚型心肌病(HCM)是一种以显著的心室肥厚伴舒张功能障碍为病理特征的先天性或获得性心肌疾病,临床表现为胸痛、呼吸困难、晕厥以及猝死。HCM是CCU常见收治病例,且病情变化迅速,高质量的护理对HCM患者的救治至关重要。本文基于循证护理框架,系统综述HCM患者CCU护理实践的发展现状及最新进展,以期为优化HCM专科护理路径提供理论依据。The Cardiac Care Unit(CCU)serves as the core unit for the diagnosis and treatment of cardiovascular critical illnesses,reflecting the construction level of the modern hospital's emergency and critical care system.Although the development of CCU in China started late and has been relatively slow,since the establishment of the first CCU at Peking Union Medical College Hospital in 1982,tertiary hospitals have generally established CCU units equipped with advanced monitoring equipment and life support systems in recent years,playing a key part in the treatment and nursing of cardiovascular diseases.Hypertrophic cardiomyopathy(HCM)is a congenital or acquired cardiomyopathy characterized by marked ventricular hypertrophy with diastolic dysfunction,clinically manifested as chest pain,dyspnea,syncope,and sudden death.HCM is a common case admitted to the CCU,and the condition changes rapidly.High-quality nursing is crucial for the treatment of HCM patients.Based on the evidence-based nursing framework,this article systematically reviews the current status and latest advances in CCU nursing practice for these patients,aiming to provide a theoretical basis for optimizing the specialized nursing pathway for HCM.
