摘　　要：职业教育作为现代国民教育体系的重要组成部分,承载着培养高素质技术技能人才、促进经济社会发展的重要使命。在当前全球化和信息化快速发展的背景下,产教融合已成为提升职业教育质量、推动产业升级和经济社会发展的关键环节。通过深化产教融合,职业教育能够更好地促进人才培养与产业需求的无缝对接,并推动职业教育体系的创新与完善,从而为社会经济发展注入新的活力。本文通过明确职业教育行业产教融合共同体培育新质生产力的重要意义,阐述目前阶段职业教育行业产教融合共同体培育新质生产力的问题与挑战,并深入探索和研究相关工作的开展,以期更好地推动教育行业产教融合共同体的建设,同时为发展新质生产力提供思路。Vocational education,as an important component of the modern national education system,carries the important mission of cultivating high-quality technical and skilled talents and promoting economic and social development.In the context of rapid globalization and informatization,the production-education integration has become a key link in improving the quality of vocational education,promoting industrial upgrading,and promoting economic and social development.By deepening the production-education integration,vocational education can better promote the seamless connection between talent cultivation and industrial demand,and promote the innovation and improvement of the vocational education system,thereby injecting new vitality into social and economic development.By clarifying the importance of cultivating new quality productivity through production-education integration in the vocational education industry,the problems and challenges in cultivating new quality productivity through the production-education integration in the current stage of vocational education industry are elaborated in this article,and in-depth exploration and research on related work are conducted in order to better promote the construction of the production-education integration in the education industry,and provide useful ideas for the growth of new quality productivity.
