摘  要:劳动教育课程是推动落实立德树人的根本任务、培育高素质技术技能人才的重要途径。面对新时代劳动教育的新形势和新任务,高职院校要科学把握深化新时代劳动教育课程的价值意蕴,厘清劳动教育课程在理念、资源、实践、保障等方面存在的不足与制约性因素,从更新课程教学理念、系统谋划课程建设、多维深度协同育人、强化课程实施保障条件等方面,切实做好劳动教育课程的改革与发展,着力塑造学生劳动精神、提升学生劳动素养,不断提升劳动教育课程育人实效。The labor education curriculum is an important way to promote the implementation of the fundamental task of cultivating morality and nurturing high-quality technical and skilled talents.Faced with the new situation and tasks of labor education in the new era,higher vocational colleges should scientifically grasp the value and connotation of deepening labor education courses in the new era,clarify the shortcomings and restrictive factors in the concept,resources,practice,and guarantee of labor education courses,and effectively carry out the reform and development of labor education courses from the aspects of updating curriculum teaching concepts,systematically planning curriculum construction,multi-dimensional and deep collaborative education,and strengthening curriculum implementation guarantee conditions.Efforts should be made to shape students’labor spirit,improve students’labor literacy,and continuously enhance the effectiveness of labor education courses.
