生态视域下高校“一站式”学生社区建设研究

摘　　要：学生社区是高校的基本组成单元,是有效开展大学生思想政治教育的重要场域。从生物学的角度,将“一站式”学生社区视为一个思政育人的生态系统,运用生态理论剖析“一站式”学生社区育人生态的主要特征、构成要素与建设路径。“一站式”学生社区具有多样性与共生性、整体性与系统性、动态平衡与自适应性等特征。本文基于育人主体、育人环境和育人行为阐述了生态视域下“一站式”学生社区“三全育人”的生态构成。高校应加强育人生态主体间的组织协同,优化育人生态环境的资源配置,提升育人生态行为的能力建设,以推动高校“一站式”学生社区育人生态建设。Student communities are the basic constituent units of colleges and universities and an important field for effectively carrying out ideological and political education for college students.From a biological perspective,the“one-stop”student community is viewed as an ecosystem for ideological and political education.Using ecological theory,the main characteristics,constituent elements,and construction paths of the“one-stop”student community education ecology are analyzed.The“one-stop”student community has characteristics such as diversity and symbiosis,integrity and systematicness,dynamic balance and adaptability.Based on the education subject,education environment,and education behavior,this paper elaborates on the ecological composition of the“three-wide education”of the“one-stop”student community from the ecological perspective.Colleges and universities should strengthen the organizational collaboration among the ecological subjects of education,optimize the resource allocation of the education ecological environment,enhance the capacity building of education ecological behavior,and promote the“one-stop”student community education ecological construction in colleges and universities.
