摘　　要：思想政治工作贯穿高职院校人才培养的全过程,是高水平技术技能人才培养体系的中心环节和决定因素。完善高职院校思想政治工作体系,能够有效推动构建协同育人的大思政工作格局、应对国内外复杂环境的价值偏差、探寻高职院校高质量发展的路径。因此,新时代高职院校思想政治教育工作要始终以“三全育人”为导向、以“三因理念”为关键、以“三大规律”为根本,立足院校自身,坚持系统观念,统筹协调多方要素,加强队伍建设,创新工作方法,推动高校思想政治工作体系不断向科学化和专业化的方向发展。Ideological and political work runs through the entire process of talent cultivation in higher vocational colleges,and is the central link and determining factor of the high-level technical and skilled talent cultivation system.Improving the ideological and political work system in vocational colleges can effectively promote the construction of a collaborative ideological and political work pattern,respond to the value deviation of complex domestic and international environments,and explore the path of high-quality development in vocational colleges.Therefore,ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges in the new era should always be guided by the“three-wide education”,with the“three-cause concept”as the key,and the“three major laws”as the foundation.Based on the college itself,we should adhere to the system concept,coordinate multiple elements,strengthen team building,and innovate work methods to promote the development of the ideological and political work system in colleges and universities towards a scientific and professional direction.
