摘 要:繁忙复杂的家庭衣物整理工作困扰着很多女性群体,智能家居技术推动了衣物智能储护系统的发展,但仍存在诸多问题。本研究基于情境感知理论,采用扎根理论方法,使用ISM解释结构模型探讨了衣物储护系统交互体验的影响因素层级关系及其影响机制。研究发现:用户情境贯穿各个层次,帮助理解个体状态;任务情境影响范围较广,帮助优化参与体验;环境情境影响范围最深,帮助适应周边氛围;产品情境影响较直接,帮助提高运行效率。本研究不仅为衣物智能储护系统交互设计提供参考,还为智能家居中其他子系统的情境因素研究提供借鉴。The complicated and arduous task of organizing family clothing has long plagued many female groups.Intelligent home technology has promoted the development of intelligent clothing storage and care system,but numerous issues still persist.Based on the theory of situational awareness,this research adopts the grounded theory approach and utilizes the Interpretative Structural Modeling to explore the hierarchical relationships and influencing mechanisms of factors affecting the interactive experience of the clothing storage and care system.It is discovered that user situation pervades all levels,facilitating the understanding of individual states;task situation has a broad range of influence,contributing to the optimization of participation experience;environment situation has the deepest influence,aiding in the adaptation to the surrounding atmosphere;product situation has a more direct impact,helping to enhance operational efficiency.This study not only provides references for the interaction design of intelligent clothing storage and care system,but also offers valuable insights for the research on situational factors of other intelligent home subsystems.
