摘 要:随着技术进步,文化遗产保护与乡村振兴亟需设计治理的同步提升。本研究以广州陈家祠为例,探讨了不可移动文物在现代社会转型中的重要性。通过设计治理策略,陈家祠成功转型为公共文化空间,促进了文化保护与社会创新,增强了社区凝聚力。研究进一步分析了祠堂在建筑修缮、资源整合、文化价值提升和宗族凝聚力强化中的作用,为乡村振兴提供了新动力。本研究提出了一个创新框架设计治理模型图示,该图示通过文化传承、社会治理、经济发展与社区参与四个核心要素整合文化传承、社会治理、经济发展与社区参与为文化遗产的现代转型提供新视角,解决了传统与现代、宗族与国家关系的转化问题。With technological advancements,cultural heritage protection and rural revitalization need the simultaneous enhancement of design governance.Taking the Chen Clan Ancestral Hall in Guangzhou as a case study,this study examines the significance of immovable cultural relics in modern society transformation.By implementing governance strategies,the ancestral hall has been effectively transformed into a public cultural space,fostering cultural preservation,social innovation,and community cohesion.The research further explores the role of ancestral halls in building restoration,resource integration,cultural value enhancement,and clan cohesion strengthening,providing a new impetus for rural revitalization.This study proposes an innovative design governance framework,which integrates cultural inheritance,social governance,economic development,and community participation based on the four core elements of these aspects,offering a fresh perspective for the transformation of the relationship between tradition and modernity,as well as between clans and the nation.
