摘  要:数字技术飞速发展为经济增长注入了新动力,数字化转型正深刻地改变着商业领域的格局,也对商科职业教育人才培养提出了更高、更新的要求。面对数字化转型,高职新商科人才培养改革不是简单增加几门课程,而是要培养学生跨专业的知识、能力和技能,以及数字化素养、能力。文章提出以提升数字化素养为核心,优化人才培养目标定位;以新商科理念为指导,构建数字赋能模块化课程体系;以完善数字化教学资源及平台建设,推进人才培养要素数字化转型;以产教融合为依托,创新混合式实践教学的高职新商科人才培养路径。The rapid development of digital technology has injected new impetus into economic growth,and digital transformation is profoundly changing the pattern of the business field.And it also puts forward higher and updated requirements for the talent training of business vocational education.In the face of digital transformation,the reform of new business talents training in higher vocational colleges is not to simply add a few courses,but to cultivate students’cross-disciplinary knowledge,ability and skills,as well as digital literacy and ability.The paper proposes to take enhancing digital literacy as the core,so as to optimize the talent training target positioning;guided by the new business philosophy,the digital empowerment modular curriculum system is constructed;to improve the construction of digital teaching resources and platforms,and promote the digital transformation of talent training elements;based on the integration of industry and education,it innovates the cultivation path of new business talents in higher vocational colleges with mixed practice teaching.
