摘  要:从医学生主体心理认知角度出发,研究医学课程思政与思政课程协同育人的心理机制,阐述以“强化理论”“最近发展区理论”“光环效应”和“显性教育与隐性教育相统一”为依据的心理机制,以期为两者协同育人提供一种新思路,致力于打通学生心理的“最后一公里”,使学生对思政内容入脑入心入行,提升医学类专业课程思政与思政课程协同育人的实效性。To study the psychological mechanism of the collaborative education in medical Ideological&Political education and Ideological&Political courses from the perspective of medical students'subjective psychological cognition,and elaborate the psychological mechanism based on the"Reinforcement Theory""Theory of the Zone of Proximal Development""Halo Effect"and"Unification of Explicit and Implicit Education",so as to provide a new approach for the collaborative education between them,and to open up the"last mile"of students'psychology,enabling them to internalize Ideological&Political content,and enhancing the effectiveness of the collaborative education between medical Ideological&Political education and Ideological&Political courses.
