摘 要:目的了解实习护生学习投入、网络学习环境现状及对碎片化学习的影响,为提高护生实习期间的学习效率提供依据。方法选取河南省3家“三甲”医院临床实习护生355人作为研究对象。采用学习投入量表、网络学习环境量表、大学生碎片化学习量表进行调查。结果实习护生学习投入、网络学习环境和碎片化学习均处于中等偏上水平,学习成绩排名、主要学习工具、学习投入、网络学习环境是实习护生碎片化学习的重要影响因素(P<0.05)。结论实习护生碎片化学习受多种因素影响,可通过加强学习投入、优化网络学习环境、针对护生特点和不同学习偏好提高碎片化学习效果。Objective To learn the status of nursing interns'learning engagement,online learning environment and the influence on fragmented learning,and to provide a basis for improving nursing interns'study efficiency during their internship.Methods A total of 355 nursing interns from three Grade-A hospitals in Henan Province were selected for the study.The study was conducted with the Learning Engagement Scale,the Online Learning Environment Scale,and the Fragmented Learning Scale for Collegians.Results The nursing interns'learning engagement,online learning environment and fragmented learning were all at the medium-high level,and the ranking of academic performance,main learning tools,learning engagement and online learning environment were the most important factors influencing nursing interns'fragmented learning(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing interns'fragmented learning is influenced by many factors,and the effect of fragmented learning can be improved by strengthening learning engagement,optimizing the online learning environment,and tailoring to nursing interns'characteristics and different learning preferences.
