摘　　要：目的分析高校护理教师课程思政教学胜任力水平及影响因素。方法采用便利抽取法,于2022年9—12月选取国内医学院校护理教师为研究对象进行问卷调查。结果高校护理教师的课程思政教学胜任力条目均分为(4.05±0.75)分;多重线性回归分析显示,高校层次、年均参加课程思政专题培训的次数、在开展思政课程时能否结合专业知识点自然融入是高校护理教师思政教学胜任力的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论高校护理教师课程思政教学胜任力总体处于较高水平,应针对课程思政教学胜任力的影响因素,采取相应措施来提高教师的课程思政教学胜任力。Objective To analyze the teaching competence level and influencing factors of Ideological&Political education among college nursing teachers.Methods Convenience sampling was used to select nursing teachers from domestic medical colleges as the research subjects for a questionnaire survey from September to December 2022.Results The average score for the teaching competency items of Ideological&Political education for college nursing teachers was(4.05±0.75)score.Multiple linear regression analysis showed that the grade of colleges,the average times they participate in Ideological&Political education training per year,and whether they can naturally integrate professional knowledge points into Ideological&Political courses or not are the influencing factors of the Ideological&Political teaching competence of college nursing teachers(P<0.05).Conclusion The overall teaching competence of college nursing teachers in Ideological&Political education is at a relatively high level.Corresponding measures should be taken to improve the teaching competence of teachers in Ideological&Political education based on the influencing factors.
