摘　　要：新医科背景下,推动医学教育领域创新发展,探索培养拔尖创新型卓越医生,是医学院校义不容辞的责任和使命。遵义医科大学从系统论角度出发,内外协同、系统集成、整体推进临床医学专业综合改革,成立临床医学专业南山班,实践“文化引领、多元协同、双轨并进、本硕衔接”的拔尖创新型卓越医生培养模式,走出一条特色的自主培养拔尖创新人才之路,取得了一定成效,可以为地方医学院校探索拔尖创新型医学人才培养提供有益借鉴。Exploring and cultivating advanced innovative and excellent doctors in the field of medical education under the background of new medicine is the duty and mission of medical colleges.From the perspective of systems theory,Zunyi Medical University promotes comprehensive reform of clinical medicine majors through internal and external collaboration,system integration,and overall promotion.It has established the Nanshan Class of Clinical Medicine majors,practiced the advanced innovative and excellent doctor training model of "cultural guidance,diversified collaboration,dual track progress,and undergraduate-master linkage",and embarked on a unique path of independently cultivating advanced innovative personnel.It has achieved certain results and can provide useful reference for local medical colleges to explore the cultivation of advanced innovative medical personnel.
