摘　　要：目的 了解护理硕士研究生学术论文写作与发表情况,为护理硕士研究生科研能力培养提供参考。方法 采用问卷调查法对国内5所医学院校的220名在读护理硕士研究生进行调查。结果 121名护理硕士研究生以第一作者身份发表学术论文269篇,人均发表1.2篇;大部分研究生认为在国际期刊、北大中文核心期刊发表论文的难度大;选题创新性不够、英语水平较差是在国际期刊、北大中文核心期刊发表论文最主要的困难。结论 护理硕士研究生撰写与发表的学术论文数量尚可,高质量学术论文的发表比例较低。高校应从开设论文写作相关课程、充分发挥导师在研究生科研方面的指导作用、增强研究生学习主动性等方面入手,提高研究生学术论文写作能力。Objective To learn the academic paper writing and publication among masters of nursing specialist,and provide reference for the cultivation of research ability of master of nursing specialist.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted on 220master of nursing specialist from 5 medical colleges in China.Results 121 master of nursing specialist published 269 academic papers as first authors,with an average of 1.2 papers per person.Most graduates believe that it is difficult to publish papers in international journals and Peking University core journals of Chinese version.The main difficulties in publishing papers in international journals and Peking University core journals of Chinese version are insufficient innovation in topic selection and poor English.Conclusion The quantity of academic papers written and published by master of nursing specialist is still acceptable,while the proportion of high-quality academic papers published is relatively low.Universities should establish by offering courses related to academic paper writing,fully leveraging mentors′ guidance role in graduates′ research,and enhancing graduates′ initiative in learning,so as to improve their academic paper writing abilities.
