摘 要:目的分析临床护理带教教师信息化教学能力现状,探讨整合技术自我效能(technology integration self-efficacy,TISE)对其信息化教学能力的影响,为提高临床护理带教质量及加强带教教师队伍建设提供参考。方法采用整群抽样法选取大连市某三级甲等综合医院的临床护理带教教师为研究对象进行问卷调查。结果带教教师信息化教学能力与TISE呈正相关关系(P<0.05),学历、教学任务、是否参加过培训是带教教师信息化教学能力的影响因素,TISE可独立解释带教教师信息化教学能力73.4%的变异(P<0.05)。结论临床护理带教教师信息化教学能力有待提高,TISE是带教教师信息化教学能力的重要影响因素,护理管理者应根据带教教师信息化教学能力间的差异采用个性化的培训方案,增强带教教师自我效能感,从而提高带教教师信息化教学能力。Objective To analyze the status of clinical nursing instructors′ informatization teaching ability,explore the influence of technology integration self-efficacy(TISE) on their informatization teaching ability,and provide reference for improving the quality of clinical nursing teaching and strengthening the construction of teacher team.Methods A cluster sampling method was used to select clinical nursing teachers from a Grade-Ⅲ comprehensive hospital in Dalian City as the research subjects for a questionnaire survey.Results There is a positive correlation between the informatization teaching ability of instructor and TISE(P<0.05).Educational background,teaching tasks,and whether they have participated in training are the influencing factors of instructor′ s informatization teaching ability or not.TISE can independently explain 73.4% of the variation in instructors′ informatization teaching ability(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical nursing instructors′ informatization teaching ability needs to be improved,and TISE is an important influencing factor of instructors′ informatization teaching ability.Nursing managers should adopt personalized training programs based on the differences in instructors′ informatization teaching ability,enhance their self-efficacy,so as to improve their informatization teaching ability.
