摘　　要：目的 调查传染病专科医院实习护生转型冲击现状,并分析影响实习护生转型冲击的因素。方法 对传染病专科医院实习护生进行问卷调查。结果 传染病专科医院实习护生转型冲击与心理弹性呈负相关关系(P<0.05);实习护生转型冲击水平主要受对护理工作的态度、对带教教师的满意度、心理弹性的影响。结论 传染病专科医院实习护生转型冲击处于中等偏高水平,传染病专科医院护理管理者应给予实习护生更多的重视,采取各种措施帮助实习护生顺利转型。Objective To investigate the status of the transition shock among nursing interns in specialized hospitals of infectious disease,and analyze the factors that affect the transition shock among nursing interns.Methods Conducted a questionnaire survey on nursing interns in specialized hospitals of infectious disease.Results There was a negative correlation(P<0.05) between the transition shock and psychological resilience among nursing interns in specialized hospitals of infectious disease.The level of transition shock among nursing interns is mainly influenced by their attitude towards nursing work,satisfaction with their teacher,and psychological resilience.Conclusion Transition shock among nursing interns in specialized hospitals of infectious disease is at a moderate to high level.Nursing managers in specialized hospitals of infectious disease should give more attention to nursing interns and take various measures to help them meet smoothly transition.
