摘  要:目的 探讨岗前培训时使用基于微视频的教师标准化病人(TSP)联合CBL(以案例为基础)教学法,对缩短新入职护士岗位适应期、提升临床技能操作能力和岗位胜任力的效果。方法 将近4年新入职我院的护士分为实验组和对照组,分别用传统教学法和基于微视频的TSP联合CBL教学法进行培训。在岗前培训期间及临床工作一年后,评价两种教学法培训效果。结果 实验组护士通过基于微视频的TSP联合CBL教学法培训,临床工作一年后的理论考核成绩、技能考核成绩、新入职护士岗位胜任力评价表得分均优于对照组。结论 基于微视频的TSP联合CBL教学法,能有效激发新入职护士的学习兴趣,培养其良好的临床思维能力,缩短新入职护士适应期,使其尽快胜任临床护理工作。Objective To investigate the effects of using Minivideo-based TSP combined with CBL teaching method in pre-post training on shortening the adaptation period of new nurses,and improving their clinical skills and competence.Methods w Nurses newly recruited to our hospital in the past 4 years were divided into experimental group and control group,and were trained by traditional teaching method and Minivideo-based TSP combined with CBL teaching method,respectively.During the pre-post training and after one year of clinical work,the training effects of the two teaching methods were evaluated.Results After one year of clinical work,the nurses in the experimental group were better than those in the control group in terms of theoretical assessment scores,skill assessment scores,and scores on the New Nurses′ Post Competency Evaluation Form through the Minivideo-based TSP combined with CBL teaching method.Conclusion The Minivideo-based TSP combined with CBL teaching method can effectively stimulate new nurses′ learning interest,cultivate their good clinical thinking ability,shorten the adaptation of new nurses,and make them competent in clinical nursing as soon as possible.
