新中国成立以来劳动者荣誉称号演变的历史考察

摘　　要：新中国成立后,我国对在社会主义建设事业中做出杰出贡献的劳动者授予荣誉称号。随着国家战略目标和主要任务的变化,劳动者荣誉称号的内涵不断丰富和拓展:从社会主义革命和建设时期国民经济恢复工作中的骨干及工业化建设中的先进代表,到改革开放和社会主义现代化建设新时期逐步形成社会主义经济、政治、文化、社会建设的时代先锋,再到中国特色社会主义新时代发展为坚持中国道路、弘扬中国精神、凝聚中国力量,诠释伟大创造、伟大奋斗、伟大团结、伟大梦想精神的楷模。对劳动模范和先进工作者的表彰不仅是党和国家的一项重要制度与工作,更是对马克思主义关于人民群众是历史的创造者这一原理的充分体现和运用。After the founding of new China,China has awarded honorary titles to workers who have made outstanding contributions to the socialist construction cause.With the changes in national strategic goals and main tasks,the connotation of the honorary titles for workers has been continuously enriched and expanded.The titles evolved from being the backbone of national economic recovery work and advanced representatives in industrialization construction during the socialist revolution and construction period,to gradually forming the vanguard of socialist economic,political,cultural,and social construction in the new period of reform and opening-up and socialist modernization construction,and then to becoming a model for adhering to the Chinese path,promoting the Chinese spirit,consolidating Chinese strength,interpreting the spirit of great creation,great struggle,great unity,and great dreams in the development of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era.The recognition of model workers and exemplary individual is not only an important system and work of Party and state,but also a full embodiment and application of the Marxist principle that the people are the subject of historical development and creation.
