教育家精神引领高校思政课教师亲和力提升的价值及路径

摘　　要：习近平总书记提出的教育家精神,对我国新时代优秀教师集体品质和精神风貌进行了深刻总结和系统阐释。高校思政课教师是对大学生进行思想政治教育的中坚力量。教育家精神能够为高校思政课教师亲和力的提升筑牢教育信仰、守住师德底线、提供行动指南、指明立身之本、强化育人使命、端正价值取向。教育家精神将从理想信念的感召力、人格品质的影响力、教育教学的驾驭力、心理情感的沟通力、学识素养的吸引力、价值追求的感染力六个方面全方位引领高校思政课教师的亲和力提升。The educator spirit put forwand by GeneralSecretary XiJinping has deeply summarized andsystematically explained the collective quality and spirit of outstanding teachers in the new era of our country.Ideological and political course teachers in colleges and universities are the backbone of ideological andpolitical education for college students.The spirit of edueator can strengthen the educational belief,keep thebottom line of teachers’ethics,provide action guide,point out the foundation of establishment,strengthen themission of education and corect value orientation for the enhancement of the affinity of teachers of ideologicaland political courses in colleges and universities.The spirit of educators will lead the improvement of theaffinity of ideological and political teachers in colleges and universities from six aspects:the appeal of idealsand beliefs,the influence of personality quality,the driving force of education and teaching,the communicationforce of psychological emotions,the attraction of knowledge and quality,and the appeal of value pursuit.
