摘  要:采用磁控溅射工艺在不同溅射气压下制备镀钛织物,并对其性能进行测试与分析,研究溅射气压对镀钛织物的薄膜相组成及显微形貌、表面润湿性、方块电阻、红外发射率和电磁屏蔽效能的影响规律。结果表明:随着溅射气压的增大,织物表面钛薄膜的结晶程度降低,显微形貌逐渐粗糙;镀钛织物呈现疏水性,且其水接触角逐渐增大;镀钛织物的方块电阻和红外发射率先降后升,电磁屏蔽效能则呈现先升后降的趋势;溅射气压为0.7 Pa时,镀钛织物的方块电阻为103Ω/cm^(2),红外发射率最低为0.105,电磁屏蔽效能最高,综合性能最好。The titanium coated fabrics were prepared using magnetron sputtering at different sputtering pressure,and the properties of titanium coated fabrics were characterized and analyzed.Effects of sputtering pressure on phase composition and micro-morphology of the films and surface wettability,sheet resistance,infrared emissivity and electromagnetic shielding effectiveness of titanium coated fabrics were studied.The results show that,with the rise of sputtering pressure,the crystallinity of titanium films decreased and the micro-morphology became rough.The titanium-coated fabrics are hydrophobic and the water contact angle gradually increased.The sheet resistance and infrared emissivity of titanium-coated fabrics decreased first and then increased,while the electromagnetic shielding effectiveness had an opposite trend.When the sputtering pressure was 0.7 Pa,the titanium coated fabrics had the lowest sheet resistance(103Ω/cm^(2))and infrared emissivity(0.105),and the highest electromagnetic shielding effectiveness.The overall properties of titanium-coated fabrics were the best.
