“解决大党独有难题”有效融入高职思政课教学探析

摘  要:“解决大党独有难题”是马克思主义建党学说中国化的重要内容,高职思政课教师及时、准确地将其融入教学,能彰显育德铸魂课程属性,契合人才培养要求和丰富教学内容。“解决大党独有难题”融入高职思政课教学,应遵循政治性与学理性相统一、历史性与时代性相统一、理论性与实践性相统一等原则。高职思政课教师要发挥课程集群优势,依托几门具体课程,找准“六个如何始终”与高职思政课的融入点,科学、合理地设计教学目标和内容,此外还要在集体备课质量提升、教师专业素养增强、课程实践方式创新和课程教学载体丰富等多个路径上进行实践探索。The topic of“tackling the special challenges that a large party like the CPC faces”is an important content of the sinicization of Marxist theory on Party building.In order to meet the requirements of talent training and enrich the teaching content,teachers of ideological and political courses in higher vocational colleges should timely and accurately integrate this topic into their teaching,which helps highlight the curriculum attributes in virtue cultivation and faith building.Integration of these two items should assure the unification of political nature and academic rationality,historicity and timeliness,theoretical property and practical property.The teachers of ideological and political courses in higher vocational colleges should exploit the advantages of course cluster,rely on several specific courses,capture the right integration point of“Six How to Always”and ideological and political courses,and design teaching objectives and materials scientifically and reasonably.In addition,they should explore multiple practice exploration paths including quality improvement in collective lesson preparation,teachers’professional quality enhancement,mode innovation in curriculum practice,and curriculum teaching carrier abundance.
