摘 要:教师评估是提升教学效能的关键。本研究旨在剖析中小学英语教师在线评估素养的现状,通过编制中小学英语教师在线评估素养的测评量表,对全国387名中小学英语教师的在线评估素养(即在线评估态度、在线评估知识和在线评估技能)进行了问卷调查。结果发现:该部分教师群体普遍对在线评估持积极态度,且认可信息技术在在线评估过程中的促进作用;但其在线评估知识掌握水平相对较低,在线评估技能也相对不足,存在较大提升空间。此外,质化研究进一步剖析了6位教师在在线评估实践中所遇到的心理层面、技术层面和环境层面的挑战。本研究对提升教师在线评估实践有效性提供了一定启示。Teacher assessment literacy is the key to enhancing teaching effectiveness.This study explored the current situation of K-12 school English teachers’assessment literacy,by developing a scale for online language assessment literacy(LAL)under the background of educational information.The valid data from 387 primary and secondary school English teachers in China on three dimensions including online assessment attitude,online assessment knowledge and online assessment skills were analyzed.It was found that these teachers generally tended to hold a positive attitude towards online assessment,and recognized the important role the information technology played in the process of classroom-based online assessment.However,teachers’mastery of in-class online assessment knowledge did not reach a satisfactory level,and was in urgent need of enrichment.Teachers’assessment skills were relatively low,leaving much room for improvement.Qualitative data further explored the difficulties and challenges six teachers encountered during online assessment,including psychological,technological,and contextual challenges.This study has implications for effective online assessment.
