摘  要:智能车载机器人交互设计是面向新兴智能产业的交互设计教学中的重要特色内容。在传统设计教学模式基础上,该文将服务机器人的用户接受度模型和相关理论引入课程教学,以“基于用户接受度的智能车载机器人交互设计”为主题进行发散研究。在整个设计过程中,学生自主确定设计问题与对象,运用理论及模型推导出交互策略,并分析认知交互方式及与设计相关的交互原型和界面,最终通过对照评估实验验证设计方案的可用性和用户体验性。学生通过该课程学习能够掌握智能交互设计中的相关分析与设计方法,锻炼设计实践能力,以应对行业快速发展对实践型、专业型、创新型人才的需求。[Objective]The interaction design of intelligent in-vehicle robots is a significant and distinctive component of interaction design education in emerging intelligent industries.One of the current issues in intelligent interaction design education encompasses how to integrate theories from the service robot field into teaching,strengthen the theoretical foundations,and effectively enhance students'theoretical knowledge and design practice skills to address the rapid development of the intelligent interaction industry.[Methods]Building on traditional design pedagogy,this paper incorporates user acceptance models and relevant theories of service robots into the student curriculum.The design subject of this paper is“User Acceptance-Based Interaction Design for Intelligent In-Vehicle Robots.”Throughout the design process,students autonomously identify design issues and subtopics,apply theoretical frameworks and models to derive interaction strategies and analyze cognitive interaction modes and design-related interaction prototypes and interfaces.The final design solutions are verified for usability and user experience enhancement through comparative evaluation experiments.This study involves selecting student design proposals from the course,integrating the service robot user acceptance model(sRAM)and human-machine trust in automated driving,deriving virtual in-vehicle robot interaction strategies based on user acceptance,analyzing cognitive interaction methods and design-related prototypes and interfaces,and using a driving simulator to conduct a comparative experiment between the virtual robot scheme and standard warning symbol schemes for driver takeover in automated driving.A total of 27 drivers participated in the experiment,with each driver experiencing both of the aforementioned interaction design schemes.The experiment collected objective data,including gaze search time,average pupil diameter,eye movement trajectory,and heat maps.Meanwhile,the collected subjective data included the Self-Assessment Manikin(
