摘 要:目的 观察一对一全程带教模式在儿科低年资护士规范化培训中的应用效果。方法 选取2020年1月至2021年12月在云南省第一人民医院儿科就职的30例低年资护士作为研究对象,以奇偶数法分为对照组(15例)与观察组(15例)。对照组采用常规带教法,观察组采用一对一全程带教模式。比较两组考核成绩及教学满意度。结果 观察组理论考核、基础技能操作、专科技能操作成绩均高于对照组(P <0.05)。观察组教学管理、教学态度、业务水平、业务指导评分均比对照组高(P<0.05)。结论 一对一全程带教模式有利于提升儿科低年资护士的理论水平与实操能力,增加其对培训工作的满意度。Objective To observe the application effect of one-to-one whole-course teaching mode in the standardized training of pediatric nurses with low seniority.Methods A total of 30 nurses with low seniority working in the Department of Pediatrics,the First People’s Hospital of Yunnan Province from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the study objects and divided into the control group(15 cases)and the observation group(15 cases)by the odd and even method.The control group was taught by conventional teaching method,and the observation group was taught by one-to-one whole-course teaching mode.The assessment scores and teaching satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The scores of theory assessment,basic skills operation,and specialist skills operation in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of teaching management,teaching attitude,professional level,and professional guidance in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The one-to-one whole-course teaching mode is beneficial for improving the theoretical level and practical ability of nurses with low seniority,and c an increase their satisfaction with the training.
