摘 要:为了更精确地计算六轴铰接式轻轨车辆的轴(轮)重及偏差,以优化车辆设计实现轻量化,文章对力学模型和几何约束理论进行研究,并结合力矩、力平衡方程式,建立车辆轴重和轮重计算方法。通过对GB/T 23431—2009标准C-II型高地板的六轴铰接式轻轨车辆进行分析,先计算转向架二系簧上部受力,再以转向架为计算模型,考虑其重心偏差,计算出每根轴的轴重、每个车轮的轮重,最后得出轴重及轮重偏差。研究结果表明,轴重实测与计算值的最大偏差仅3.62%,轮重实测与计算值的最大偏差仅4.57%,计算值与实测值相吻合,验证了该方法的准确性和实用性。In order to calculate the axle(wheel)load and their deviations of articulated six-axle light rail vehicle more accurately and optimize vehicle design to achieve a lightweight effect,this paper adopts mechanical models and geometric constraint theory in combination with torque and force balance equation to establish the calculation method of axle and wheel load of a vehicle.Based on the analysis of GB/T 23431-2009 Standard“C-II High-floor Articulated Six-axle Light Rail Vehicles”,the force on the upper part of the secondary spring on the bogie is first calculated,then,by taking the bogie as the calculation model which brings its center of gravity deviation into account,the axle load of each axle and the wheel load of each wheel are calculated.Finally,the axle and wheel load deviation are obtained.The research findings show that the maximum deviation between the measured axle load and the calculated value is only 3.62%,and the maximum deviation between the measured wheel load and the calculated value is only 4.57%.The calculated values are consistent with the measured values,verifying the accuracy and practicability of the method.
