摘　　要：党的二十大精神为高校教育改革提供了重要理论依据,为培养资源再生产业发展的高素质人才、缓解资源约束、减少环境污染、改善民生等发挥了积极作用。探讨党的二十大精神引领高校“资源再生利用”课程在思政教学内容设计方面的创新策略,通过审视我国资源再生利用的发展意义和思政教学的理论基础,为整合课程内容提供实施路径和理论支撑;结合该课程当前在理论教学和实验教学中的特点和局限性,提出思政元素在整合教学信息、案例分析、实验实践和测试评价等环节创新融入的设计方法,具体阐述如何在多种教学中突出资源再生利用的环保价值并使其与思想政治教育相结合的策略。旨在促进党的二十大精神进教学、入人心,提升高素质人才发展,助推新时代强国建设。The guiding principles of the 20th CPC National Congress has provided important theoretical basis for the reform of higher education.They play a positive role in in cultivating high-quality talents for the development of resource recycling industries,alleviating resource constraints,reducing environmental pollution,and improving people's livelihoods.This paper explores innovative strategies in the design of ideological and political education teaching content for college "Resource Recycling and Utilization" course guided by the guiding principles of the20th CPC National Congress.By examining the significance of the development of resource recycling in China and the theoretical basis of ideological and political education,it provides implementation paths and theoretical support for integrating curriculum content;Based on the current characteristics and limitations of theoretical and experimental teaching in this course,this paper proposes a design method that innovatively integrates ideological and political elements into teaching information,case analysis,experimental practice,and testing evaluation.Specifically,it elaborates on how to highlight the environmental value of resource recycling in multiple teaching methods and combine it with ideological and political education.It aims to promote the guiding principles of the 20th CPC National Congress into teaching and people's hearts,enhance the development of high-quality talents,and promote the construction of a strong country in the new era.
