新质生产力背景下高职专业设置与区域新兴产业耦合协调发展研究——以无锡商业职业技术学院为例

摘　　要：发展新质生产力是推进高质量发展的必由之路,由此引发高职院校的适应性偏差值得深入探索。在阐述高职院校专业设置与区域产业双向赋能机制的基础上,构建出两个子系统的评价指标体系。以苏锡常都市圈中的具体高职院校为例,运用熵值法和耦合协调度模型进行实证分析。结果表明,2014—2022年期间,专业设置和新兴产业两个系统的综合评价指数呈现逐年上升趋势,两个子系统逐步由中度失调演变为良好协调等级,专业设置水平也由滞后型升级为超前型。基于实证结果剖析了形成原因,并提出四条具体的政策建议。Developing new quality productive forces is essential for promoting high-quality development,and the adaptability deviation caused by this in vocational colleges is worth studying in depth.On the basis of expounding on the mutual empowerment mechanism between specialties setting and emerging industries,this paper constructs appraisal indicator system related to the specialties setting and emerging industries.Taking specific vocational colleges in Suzhou-Wuxi-Changzhou Metropolitan Region as an example,entropy method and coupling coordination model are employed to conduct empirical analysis.The results show that the comprehensive appraising of the subsystem for specialties setting and emerging industries are respectively increasing year by year from 2014 to 2022,the two subsystems gradually evolved from moderate imbalance to a good coordination level,similarly,specialties setting also upgraded from lagging to leading.Based on this,this article analyzes the reasons for these findings,and the corresponding policies and recommendations are discussed.
