高职院校产教融合的问题与对策探析

摘　　要：2014年,国务院在《关于加快发展现代职业教育的决定》文件中提出产教融合,并将其上升为国家战略。此后十年,国家不断出台关于产教融合的政策措施,使产教融合的内涵从最初的校企关键要素融合发展到如今的产教融合联合体和共同体。但是产教融合存在的目标不同、动力不足和深度不够问题还没有从根本上解决,高校毕业生就业压力大,高校的科研成果转化不畅,企业的创新能力不足。针对产教融合存在的这些问题,提出改革投资结构,引导产教融合目标同向;完善政校企评价制度,增强产教融合动力;加强政府作用,推动产教深度融合等措施,以期为我国产教融合的发展提供有价值的参考。In 2014,the State Council proposed the integration of industry and education in“Decision of the State Council on Accelerating the Development of Modern Vocational Education”,and elevated it to a national strategy.In the following ten years,the state has continuously issued policies and measures on the integration of industry and education,so that the connotation of the integration of industry and education has developed from the initial integration of the key elements of schools and enterprises to the present-day integration of industry and education combinations and communities.However,the problems,such as different goals,insufficient motivation and insufficient depth in the integration of industry and education,have not been fundamentally solved.The employment pressure of college graduates is great,the transformation of scientific research achievements of colleges and universities is weak,and the innovation ability of enterprises is insufficient.In order to solve these problems,some measures are proposed,such as reforming the investment structure to guide the integration of industry and education in the same direction of the goal,improving the evaluation system of government,school and enterprise to enhance the power of the integration of industry and education,strengthening the role of the government to increase the depth of integration of industry and education and so on to provide valuable references for the development of the integration of industry and education in China.
