摘  要:综合化学实验一般具有较强的综合性,对高等院校学生学科素养与科学思维的培养具有较大的意义。紧跟学科发展前沿,指导学生通过制备生物质荧光氮掺杂碳量子点水凝胶,基于对pH的荧光响应特性,并结合智能手机识色软件,实现了人体汗液中尿素含量的可视化检测。该综合实验能提高学生综合运用基础知识和基本实验技能的能力,适合作为化学及相关专业的本科生综合实验。Comprehensive chemistry experiments generally have strong comprehensiveness and are of great significance in cultivating the subject literacy and scientific thinking of college students.We followed the forefront of discipline development and guided students to realize the visual detection of urea content in human sweat by preparing biomass fluorescent nitrogen doped carbon dots(N-CQDs)hydrogelbased on the fluorescence response characteristics to pH and with the use of smart phone color recognition software.This comprehensive experiment enhances students’ability to comprehensively apply basic knowledge and experimental skills,which is suitable for undergraduate students majoring in chemistry and related fields to conduct comprehensive experiments.
