摘 要:为了提升职业院校的教学效率与质量,专注于全面增强学生的综合素质,并基于职业教育现场工程师专项培养计划,深入分析了模具设计与制造专业中现场工程师的具体培养目标。随后,详细探讨了当前高职院校在现场工程师培养方面所面临的挑战与不足。最后,概括了模具现场工程师的培养路径,目标在于改善职业院校的教育生态,提升人才培养的层次与深度,旨在培养出既具备生产实践能力、又精通管理、服务及创新能力的模具领域高素质复合型人才,从而强化模具行业的市场竞争力,加速技术创新步伐,并助力模具产业向更高层次转型升级。In order to improve the teaching efficiency and quality of vocational colleges,we focus on comprehensively enhancing students'comprehensive quality,and based on the special training plan for on-site engineers in vocational education,we deeply analyze the specific training objectives of on-site engineers in the field of die&mold design and manufacturing.Subsequently,the challenges and shortcomings faced by current vocational colleges in on-site engineer training were discussed in detail.Finally,the training path for on-site die&mold engineers was summarized,with the goal of improving the educational ecology of vocational colleges,enhancing the level and depth of talent cultivation,and cultivating high-quality composite talents in the die&mold field who possess both production practice ability and proficiency in management,service,and innovation ability.This will strengthen the market competitiveness of the die&mold industry,accelerate the pace of technological innovation,and help the mold industry transform and upgrade to a higher level.
