产教融合背景下模具制造技术的教学创新

摘　　要：针对产教融合下模具制造技术教学创新展开。分析产教融合模式与传统教学问题后,阐述相关理论与创新原则。提出了基于工作过程重构课程体系、多元教学法应用、数字化资源建设、校企双导师团队组建及实践教学体系革新等策略。以实例院校展示教学创新实践过程,包括多方面举措与成效。为模具制造教学创新提供借鉴,提升人才培养质量,以契合行业需求并推动职教改革。This research focuses on the teaching innovation of die & mold manufacturing technology under the integration of industry and education.After analyzing the integration mode of industry and education and the traditional teaching problems,the relevant theories and innovation principles are expounded.The strategies of reconstructing curriculum system based on working process,application of multiple teaching method,digital resource construction,establishment of school-enterprise dual tutor team and innovation of practical teaching system are mainly put forward.The practice process of teaching innovation is demonstrated in example colleges,including various measures and results.It aims to provide reference for the teaching innovation of die & mold manufacturing,improve the quality of talent training,and meet the needs of the industry and promote the reform of vocational education.
