摘 要:基于视频图像和毫米波雷达,设计了一种风力发电机组净空监测系统。视频净空主机利用图像边缘检测等方法对相机采集到的图像进行处理,获取风机叶片的叶尖坐标。毫米波雷达发射锥形电磁波,实时监测风轮旋转过程中叶片周期性经过该区域时形成的叶片目标点,并输出叶片相对雷达的坐标信息。通过坐标转换和曲线拟合,计算叶尖与塔筒之间的实时距离,即叶片的实时净空。视频净空值和毫米波雷达净空值由一个中心端统一处理,最终输出一个净空值给风机主控系统,从而实现对风机的全方位监测。该方法充分利用了视频监测系统的高分辨率和毫米波雷达系统的远距离探测能力,有效地提高了对净空状况的感知精度和监测范围,为风电场的安全运行提供了可靠保障。实验结果表明,该方法在预防叶片扫塔事故、保障设备和人员安全方面取得了显著的效果,具有良好的应用前景和推广价值。A type of wind turbine clearance monitoring system is designed based on video images and millimeter wave radar.In the video clearance host,the image edge detection and other methods are used to process the images collected by the camera to obtain the tip coordinates of the wind turbine blades.The millimeter-wave radar can emit cone-shaped electromagnetic waves,which can be used to monitor the blade target points formed when the blades periodically pass through the area during the rotation of the wind turbine in real time,and output the coordinate information of the blades relative to the radar.After coordinate conversion and curve fitting,the real-time distance between the blade tip and the tower is calculated,that is,the realtime clearance of the blade.The video clearance value and millimeter wave radar clearance value are processed uniformly by a central end to output a clearance value to the wind turbine control system,so as to realize comprehensive monitoring of the wind turbine.This method can fully utilize the high resolution of video monitoring systems and the long-range detection capability of millimeter wave radar systems,effectively improving the perception accuracy and monitoring range of clearance conditions,and providing reliable guarantees for the safe operation of wind farms.The experimental results show that this method has significant effects on preventing blade tower sweeping accidents and ensuring equipment and personnel safety,and has good application prospects and promotion value.
