县域全产业链应用型人才教育体系构建策略研究——以丽水市食用菌产业学校建设为例

摘　　要：县域全产业链应用型人才教育体系的构建是推动地方经济发展、促进产业升级的关键举措。以丽水市食用菌产业学校为例,深入探讨县域全产业链应用型人才教育体系的构建策略。从构建大思政育人体系、打造跨学科复合型人才培养新范式、推进产教融合实践课程体系建设、实施“产—学—研—创”四方联动等多个维度进行阐述,旨在为县域全产业链应用型人才培养提供一套系统性、可操作的解决方案。The construction of a county-level industrial chain application-oriented talent education system is a key measure to promote local economic development and facilitate industrial upgrading.This paper takes the Lishui City Edible Fungi Industry School as an example to deeply explore the strategies for constructing a county-level industrial chain application-oriented talent education system.The article elaborates from multiple dimensions including the construction of a comprehensive ideological and political education system,creating a new paradigm for interdisciplinary compound talent training,advancing the construction of industry-education integration practical curriculum system,and implementing a quadruple linkage of“industry-academia-research-innovation”,aiming to provide a systematic and operable solution for the training of county-level industrial chain application-oriented talents.
