新时代高校劳动教育与创新创业教育深度融合路径研究

摘　　要：劳动教育作为创新创业教育提质增效的关键驱动力,在新时代展现出独特的时代价值与“双创”属性。高校创新创业教育与劳动教育紧密交织,展现出内容相互启发、方法深度融合、形象协同塑造的多元互动格局。高校担当新时代劳动教育使命,应以劳动教育为契机优化创新创业教育体系,以创新创业教育为底色拓展劳动教育的体制机制建设,以“劳动+双创”为导向实现二者的多维资源整合,打造由培育专注知识或技能的专一型人才向复合、创新创业的综合型人才全面转型的育人模式,形成以劳动价值观培育为核心的“劳动+双创”育人格局。As a crucial driving force for enhancing the quality and efficiency of innovation and entrepreneurship education,labor education demonstrates unique value and“innovation and entrepreneurship”attributes in the new era.The integration of innovation and entrepreneurship education with labor education in colleges and universities exhibits a multi-faceted interactive pattern characterized by mutually inspiring content,deeply fused methodologies,and coordinated image shaping.In undertaking the mission of labor education in the new era,colleges and universities should seize the opportunity of labor education to optimize the innovation and entrepreneurship education system;leverage innovation and entrepreneurship education as the foundation to expand the institutional mechanisms of labor education;and with the guidance of“labor+innovation and entrepreneurship”,achieve multi-dimensional resource integration between the two,thereby fostering a comprehensive transformation of educational models from nurturing specialized laborers focused on knowledge or skills to comprehensive laborers with complex,innovative,and entrepreneurial capabilities.Ultimately,a“labor+innovation and entrepreneurship”education paradigm centered on the cultivation of labor values will be established.
