“双减”背景下中小学作业设计的审思

摘  要:减轻学生作业负担是“双减”背景下促进学生全面发展的途径之一,优化作业设计不仅是学业减负的突破口,更是实现素养导向教育评价的切入点。在“双减”政策持续驱动下,学生作业减负取得了明显成效,但同时也存在忽略整体性、轻视生成性、弱化发展性等问题。为使中小学作业“提质增效”,结合“双减”政策关于作业设计的内涵要求,提出以问题为导向、以育人为核心、以提质为目标的作业设计的优化策略。Reducing students'homework burden is one of the approaches to promote their all-round development under the background of the“double reduction”.Optimizing the level of assignment design is not only a breakthrough point for reducing academic burden,but also an entry point for realizing competency-oriented educational evaluation.Driven by the continuous implementation of the“double reduction”,remarkable achievements have been made in reducing students'homework burden.However,issues such as neglecting the integrity of knowledge,undervaluing the generative nature of content,and weakening the developmental nature of abilities remain.To enhance quality and efficiency of homework in primary and middle schools,combining the requirements of the“double reduction”policy on the connotation of homework design,we propose optimization strategies for assignment design that are problem-oriented,centered on educating people,and aimed at quality enhancement.
