摘  要:社会关系是认识人之为人的重要维度,也是体现人为何人的核心标识。班级共生型生生关系作为一种特殊形态的社会关系,是生生之间呈现出相互依存、和谐共处、共同生长的交往状态,其可以提高学生的社交能力,引导学生的合作行为,促进学生在协同发展中体认“我是谁”。共生型生生关系与班级共同体相互嵌套,彼此型塑。班级共同体的核心取向是“同”,即组织成员的志同道合,强调共同体建设的同质性。共生型生生关系则聚焦于“生”,即生长生成,凸显生生关系的发展性。“同”是“生”的基础,共生型生生关系依存于班级共同体中;“生”是“同”的延展,班级共同体的兴盛体现于共生型生生关系的生成。预设共同愿景、制定共同公约、建构共同善的生活是以班级共同体缔结共生型生生关系的应然路向。Social relationships are a fundamental dimension for understanding human beings and a core indicator of identity.The symbiotic student relationship,as a unique form of social relationship,represents a state of mutual dependence,harmonious coexistence,and shared growth among students.It enhances students'social skills,guides cooperative behavior,and fosters their self-identity through collaborative development.Symbiotic student relationships and class communities are interconnected and mutually shaping.The core principle of a class community is"unity,"where members share common aspirations and emphasize homogeneity in community building.In contrast,symbiotic student relationships focus on"growth,"emphasizing development and generativity within student interactions."Unity"serves as the foundation for"growth,"with symbiotic student relationships relying on the class community.Conversely,"growth"extends"unity,"as the vitality of the class community is reflected in the flourishing of symbiotic student relationships.Establishing a shared vision,creating common norms,and building a collective good life are essential pathways for fostering symbiotic student relationships through class communities.
