摘  要:仪器分析课程是生物师范类专业的一门选修课,内容涵盖多种生物学中常用仪器分析方法的基本原理、仪器构造,及使用方法。为解决课程教学过程中仪器和生物学关联性不强、课本知识偏离实际应用、无实验和实践内容以及所学内容无法匹配就业要求等问题,文章从教学内容和教学方法两方面探索改革创新。实践表明,以生物学重要仪器应用为教学主线,结合观摩,并引入实际操作和信息化手段,能有效提高学生的学习热情,强化其基础知识积累;科研反哺教学模式的应用,可帮助对科研感兴趣的学生更好地构建职业规划;高中生物习题的分析探讨,可提高立志成为生物教师的学生的教学能力。研究结果可为其他生物师范类专业课程教学提供借鉴。Instrumental analysis is an elective course for biological sciences normal speciality,including the basic principles of various instrumental analysis methods commonly used in biology sciences,the structure of the instrument and the method of application.In order to solve the problems of weak correlation between instrumentation and biology,deviation of textbook knowledge from practical application,absence of experimental and practical contents,and inability of learned content to match the requirements of employment in the course teaching process,the paper reforms and innovates the teaching content and teaching methods.Practice shows that by taking the applications of important biological instruments as the main teaching line,combining with observation,and introducing practical operation and information technology,it can enhance students’enthusiasm for learning and strengthen the accumulation of basic knowledge;by feeding back the teaching through scientific research,it can help students who are interested in scientific research to set up a better career plan;by analyzing high school biology exercises,it can improve the teaching ability of students who aspire to become a biology teacher.The results can provide a reference for the course teaching of other biological sciences normal specialities.
