摘 要:文章采用高效液相色谱法对茶叶的痕量甲醛含量进行测定分析。实验采用水浸法提取茶叶中的甲醛,使其在弱酸条件下与DNPH衍生液反应生成2,4-二硝基苯肼腙,并采用二氯甲烷萃取、净化,同时对提取条件、提取剂选择、材料用量等因素进行优化。研究发现,茶叶中甲醛的检测相关系数大于0.999 5;样品回收率为90.5%~102.3%。结果表明,高效液相色谱在茶叶甲醛含量测定中具有快速、灵敏、准确等特征,可作为茶叶甲醛含量测定的技术支撑,适用于大批量样品检测工作。The paper used high-performance liquid chromatography to determine and analyze the trace formaldehyde content in tea.Formaldehyde in tea was extracted by water extraction,and reacted with derivative DNPH under acidic conditions to generate 2,4-dinitrophenylhydrazine hydrazone.Dichloromethane was used for extraction and purification,and factors such as extraction conditions,selection of extraction agents,and material dosage were optimized.The results showed that the correlation coefficient of formaldehyde detection in tea was greater than 0.9995,and the sample recovery rate ranged from 90.5%to 102.3%.It indicated that highperformance liquid chromatography had fast,sensitive,and accurate effects in the determination of formaldehyde content in tea,and can serve as a technical support for the determination of formaldehyde content in tea,which was suitable for large-scale sample detection work.
