摘　　要：为评估杭白菊提取物对两种常见病原菌——金黄色葡萄球菌(Staphylococcus aureus,S.aureus)ATCC6538和大肠埃希菌(Esche richia coli,E.coli)CICCB0032的抑制作用,文章选取浙江桐乡杭白菊制备菊花提取液,并将其与标准培养基进行对比,观察其抑菌效果。研究发现,杭白菊提取物表现出了优异的抑菌性能,其对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑制作用尤为突出,为杭白菊提取物的应用提供了科学的依据。In order to evaluate the antibacterial activity of Hangzhou white chrysanthemum extract against two common pathogens,Staphylococcus aureus(S.aureus)ATCC6538 and Escherichia coli(E.coli)CICCB0032,Select Hangzhou white chrysanthemum from Tongxiang,Zhejiang are selected to prepare chrysanthemum extract,and it is compared with standard culture medium to observe its antibacterial effect.Through research,it has been found that Hangzhou white chrysanthemum extract exhibits excellent antibacterial activity,especially in inhibiting Staphylococcus aureus.This study can provide scientific basis for the application of Hangzhou white chrysanthemum extract.
