摘  要:功能性食品现被广泛用于调节机体功能、预防疾病、促进健康,在缓解和治疗溃疡性结肠炎方面发挥着良好效果。然而,在功能性食品的补充过程中,相关成分的作用机制尚未明晰。动物模型作为研究功能性食品缓解肠炎作用机制的重要手段,有助于为功能性食品的补充与应用提供较为准确的指导。鉴于此,文章综述了功能性食品在肠炎动物模型中的应用,并对未来研究进行了展望,以期为功能性食品缓解相关病症的机制研究及未来临床应用与推广提供可靠参考。Functional foods are now widely used to regulate body functions,prevent diseases and promote health,and have been shown to be effective in the alleviation and treatment of ulcerative colitis.However,in the process of functional food supplementation,the mechanisms related components work are not clear.The animal model is an important means to study the mechanism of functional foods in relieving enteritis,which can provide more accurate guidance for the supplementation and application of functional foods.Based on this,the paper reviews the application of functional foods in animal models of enteritis,and looks forward to future research,aiming at providing certain references for the study of the mechanism of functional foods in relieving related diseases and the future clinical application and promotion.
