基于心理契约理论的高校体育课堂教学分析

摘  要:高校越来越重视学生综合能力培养的过程中,体育教学在促进学生全面发展过程中的作用不容小觑。本文将企业管理中心理契约的理念引入到高校体育课堂教学之中,在总结关于心理契约、体育课堂教学等相关内容的基础之上提出了体育课堂师生心理契约,不仅阐释了体育课堂师生心理契约构建的必要性和契合性,而且创构了师生心理契约的具体模型。最后基于体育课堂师生心理契约理论阐明了提高高校体育课堂教学有效性的具体途径:以心相交,尊重学生主体地位;为人师表,提高教师综合素质;关注学生,促进学生个性发展;灵活教学,激发学生参与激情。以期构建更加和谐良好的师生关系,进而推动高校的体育教学工作。Colleges and universities pay more and more attention to the development of students'comprehensive ability,the role of physical education in promoting the overall development of students can not be underestimated.In this paper,the idea of psychological contract of Enterprise Management Center is introduced into Physical Education classroom teaching in colleges and universities,this paper not only explains the necessity and agreement of constructing the psychological contract between teachers and students,but also creates the concrete model of the psychological contract between teachers and students.Finally,based on the theory of psychological contract between teachers and students in physical education classroom,this paper expounds the specific ways to improve the effectiveness of physical education classroom teaching in colleges and universities:to meet with the heart,to respect the student's principal position;to be a teacher,to improve the Teacher's comprehensive quality;to pay attention to the students,promote the development of students personality,flexible teaching,stimulate students to participate in the passion.With a view to building a more harmonious and good relationship between teachers and students,and then promote the university's physical education work.
