基于ESE法则四年级小学生课外体育锻炼质量研究——以兰州市某小学为例

摘　　要：小学生课外体育锻炼质量影响小学生身体素质。为了解我国小学生体育锻炼质量,从有效性(Effectiveness)、科学性(Scientificity)、积极性(Enthusiasm)三个维度及六个亚维度构建ESE法则,编制《小学生课外体育锻炼质量量表》,运用层次分析法(AHP)构建“小学生课外体育锻炼质量评价体系”。以兰州市某小学四年级小学生为研究对象,通过问卷调查法、数学模型法、数理统计法对学生课外体育锻炼质量现状进行调查研究,发现小学生课外体育锻炼质量尚可,但体育锻炼设置的合理性有所欠缺,内在动机对学生课外体育积极性的影响较弱,并从体教融合、三方合作、提升内在动机、制定规划目标、开展体育竞赛、挖掘社区资源等方面,提出促进我国城市小学生课外体育锻炼质量提高的可行建议。The quality of primary school students'extracurricular physical exercise affects their physical fitness.In order to understand the physical exercise quality of primary school students in China,ESE rules were constructed from three dimensions of Effectiveness,Scientificity and Enthusiasm and six sub-dimensions.The Scale of Quality of Primary School Students'Extracurricular Physical Exercise was compiled.The Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)is used to construct"the quality evaluation system of pupils'extra-curricular physical exercise".Taking the fourth grade pupils of a primary school in Lanzhou as the research object,this paper investigates the current situation of students'extracurricular physical exercise quality through the methods of questionnaire,mathematical model and mathematical statistics.The research shows that the quality of extracurricular physical exercise of primary school students is acceptable,but the rationality of physical exercise setting is deficient,and the influence of intrinsic motivation on students'extracurricular physical activity is weak.From the integration of sports and education,tripartite cooperation,enhance the intrinsic motivation,formulate planning objectives,carry out sports competitions,mining community resources and other aspects,this paper puts forward feasible suggestions to promote the quality of extracurricular physical exercise of urban primary school students in China.
