体育专业大学生的学业自我效能感对自主学习能力的影响:元认知的中介作用

摘  要:探索体育专业大学生的学业自我效能感对自主学习能力的影响以及元认知的中介作用,以期待提高体育专业大学生的学习兴趣和终身体育意识。对河北省350名体育专业大学生进行问卷调查,并对所获得的数据进行统计分析和中介检验。研究结果显示:学业自我效能感对自主学习能力有显著正影响;学业自我效能感对元认知有显著正影响;元认知对自主学习能力有显著正影响;在学业自我效能感影响自主学习能力的过程中,元认知具有部分中介效应。中介模型的构建证实了学业自我效能感既可以直接影响自主学习能力,也可以通过元认知间接影响自主学习能力。To explore the influence of academic self-efficacy on independent learning ability and the mediating role of metacognition among college students majoring in physical education in anticipation of improving their interest in learning and lifelong awareness of physical education.A questionnaire survey was conducted on 350 college students majoring in physical education in Hebei Province,and the data obtained were statistically analyzed and tested for mediation.The results of the study showed that academic self-efficacy has a significant positive effect on independent learning ability;academic self-efficacy has a significant positive effect on metacognition;metacognition has a significant positive effect on independent learning ability;metacognition has a partially mediating effect in the process of academic self-efficacy affecting independent learning ability.The construction of the mediation model confirms that academic self-efficacy can either directly affect independent learning ability or indirectly affect independent learning ability through metacognition.
