摘  要:卓越工程师是国家战略人才力量的重要组成部分,关乎国家和民族长远发展大计。传统的工科教育往往偏重理论知识的传授,这在很大程度上限制了其满足现代工程领域对人才的复合需求。因此,一种以真实工程项目为基础的“项目制”教育模式应运而生,正逐渐成为培养卓越工程师的关键途径。结合国内外实践经验,介绍“项目制”人才培养理念,深入探讨东南大学在实施“项目制”卓越工程师培养方面的具体举措,并分析该模式在实施过程中面临的挑战。Elite engineers, as an important part of national strategic talent force, are of critical importance to the long-term development of China and the Chinese nation. Traditional engineering education tends to focus more on the transmission of theoretical knowledge, which to a great extent limits its ability to meet the complex needs for modern engineering talent. Therefore, a “project-based” education model based on real engineering projects has emerged, which is gradually becoming a key way to cultivate elite engineers. Combining domestic and foreign practical experience, this paper introduces the concept of “project-based” talent training, discusses the specific measures of Southeast University in the implementation of “project-based” elite engineers education, and analyzes the challenges faced by this model in the implementation process.
