《伤寒论》麻黄升麻汤本用“麦门冬”考释

摘　　要：《伤寒论》麻黄升麻汤是历代医家争辩不休的一首经方。多个版本的《伤寒论》及唐以前诸多医籍均收录了麻黄升麻汤,然其记载却不尽相同,尤以“天门冬”的异文记载最为突出。通过运用对校法校勘不同版本《伤寒论》的麻黄升麻汤,运用他校法校勘唐以前医籍中的麻黄升麻汤,得出本方的“天门冬”应为“麦门冬”。通过考察仲景用药经验以及相近时期的医籍,对麦门冬在麻黄升麻汤中的效用做出了新释:其一,治“喉咽不利、唾脓血”;其二,调益中焦。Mahuang Shengma Decoction,which was proposed in Shang Han Lun,is a prescription that has been endlessly debated by medical practitioners throughout the ages.This prescription has been included in many versions of Shang Han Lun and many other medical books before the Tang Dynasty,but the records are not the same,especially the records of Tianmendong(Cochinchnese asparagus root)are the most prominent in aspect of varied descriptions.By applying the pair-checking method to investigate Mahuang Shengma Decoction in different editions of Shang Han Lun and the other-checking method to investigate Mahuang Shengma Decoction in medical books before Tang Dynasty,it was concluded that Tianmendong in the formula should be Maimendong.By examining Zhongjingb′s medicinal experience and the medical books of the similar period,a new explanation is made for the utility of Maimendong in Mahuang Shengma Decoction:firstly,it is used to treat"uncomfortable laryngeal and pharyngeal conditions,salivation of pus and blood";secondly,it is used to regulate and benefit the Middle Jiao.
