摘　　要：党的二十届三中全会提出“构建中华传统美德传承体系”的重要任务,为新时代传承和弘扬中华传统美德指明新方向、作出新部署。中华传统美德是中华优秀传统文化的精髓,以鲜明的延续性、实效性、革新性形塑了其数千年的赓续发展和历久弥新,从个人、社会、国家层面铸就了美德的体系化传承格局。新时代要从个人品德、社会公德、国家大德的维度,深入挖掘、阐发和创新好以“讲仁爱”“重民本”“守诚信”“崇正义”“尚和合”“求大同”为核心要素的中华传统美德,以道德承袭、实用和创新为重要路径,推动构建中华传统美德传承体系,为社会主义道德建设的高质量发展厚植文化底蕴、丰富思想资源。The Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China has proposed the crucial task of establish a system for carrying forward traditional Chinese virtues,providing new directions and making new arrangements for the inheritance and promotion of traditional Chinese virtues in the new era.Traditional Chinese virtues,as the essence of fine traditional Chinese culture,are distinguished by their marked continuity,effectiveness,and innovativeness,which have sustained their continuous development and enduring vitality throughout millennia,forming a systematic pattern of virtue inheritance at the individual,social,and national levels.In the new era,it is imperative to deeply explore,expound upon,and innovate the traditional Chinese virtues,with a focus on the core elements of“advocating benevolence”“emphasizing the people-centered approach”“upholding honesty and trustworthiness”“advocating righteousness”“promoting harmony and cooperation”and“pursuing universal harmony”across the dimensions of personal integrity,social morality,and the great morality of the nation.By adopting virtue inheritance,practicality and innovation as key pathways,we should establish a system for carrying forward traditional Chinese virtues,thereby enriching the cultural foundation and ideological resources for the high-quality development of socialist moral construction.
