摘 要:目的探讨心脏核磁共振带教中应用模拟教学法联合案例教学法(case-based learning,CBL)的效果。方法选取2020年2月―2023年2月于福建医科大学附属闽东医院放射科轮转的50名住院医师规范化培训学员,按照随机数字表法分为试验组(n=25)和对照组(n=25)。对照组给予常规教学,试验组给予模拟教学法联合CBL教学法。比较2组学员的考核成绩、学习积极主动性量表(active learning state,ALS)评分和带教满意度。结果教学后,试验组的理论考核成绩为(93.05±3.76)分,操作考核成绩为(79.67±3.34)分,均高于对照组的成绩[(91.75±3.81)分,(78.65±3.41)分],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);教学后,试验组的ALS各项评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组对带教气氛、师生互动、学习兴趣、独立学习能力、临床技能提高、综合分析能力的满意度评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在心脏核磁共振带教中应用模拟教学法联合CBL教学法,能够提高学员的考核成绩,改善其学习主动性,提高带教满意度。Objective To explore the effectiveness of using simulated teaching method combined with case-based learning(CBL)in cardiac magnetic resonance imaging teaching.Methods A total of 50 standardized training trainees for resident physicians rotating in the department of radiology of Mindong Hospital Affiliated to Fujian Medical University from February 2020 to February 2023 were selected,and divided into the experimental group(n=25)and the control group(n=25)by random number table method.The control group was given routine teaching,and the experimental group was given simulated teaching method combined with CBL teaching method.The assessment scores,active learning state(ALS)score and teaching satisfaction of the two groups of trainees were compared.Results After teaching,the theoretical scores of experimental group were(79.67±3.34)points,the operational assessment scores of experimental group were(93.05±3.76)points,which were higher than those of the control group[(78.65±3.41)points,(91.75±3.81)points],the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After teaching,the ALS scores of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction scores of the experimental group on teaching atmosphere,teacher-student interaction,learning interest,independent learning ability,clinical skill improvement,and comprehensive analysis ability scores were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of simulation teaching method combined with CBL teaching method in cardiac magnetic resonance imaging teaching can improve trainees’assessment scores,improve learning initiative,and improve teaching satisfaction.
