摘 要:目的研究在妇科肿瘤的带教中实施以问题为基础的教学法(problem-based learning,PBL)联合技能考核的价值。方法选取2022年1月―2023年3月在重庆医科大学附属第一医院妇科实习的54名实习生,以随机抽取扑克牌的形式分为观察组和对照组,各27名。观察组实行PBL教学法联合技能考核教学,对照组采用常规教学法,对比2组实习生的考核成绩(理论成绩和实操成绩)和带教满意度。结果观察组的总体带教满意度为96.30%,高于对照组的70.37%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。带教前,2组的理论成绩和实操成绩比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);带教后,观察组的理论成绩和实操成绩分别为(86.78±2.34)分和(91.34±2.24)分,均高于对照组[(77.56±3.34)分和(81.45±2.27)分],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在妇科肿瘤带教中实施PBL教学法联合技能考核可以提高实习生的带教满意度,同时可以使带教后实习生的临床带教理论及实操考核成绩均得到提高。Objective To study the value of implementing problem-based learning(PBL)combined with skill assessment in gynecological oncology teaching.Methods From January 2022 to March 2023,a total of 54 gynecological interns from the First Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University were selected and divided into observation group and control group in the form of random playing cards,with 27 in each groups.The observation group adopted PBL teaching method combined with skill assessment,while the control group adopted general teaching method.The assessment results(theoretical performance and practical performance)and overall teaching satisfaction of interns in the two groups were compared.Results The overall satisfaction with teaching in the observation group was 96.30%,which was higher than 70.37%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before teaching,there was no significant difference between the scores of theoretical and practical performance between the two groups(P>0.05).After teaching,the scores of theoretical and practical performance of the observation group were(86.78±2.34)points and(91.34±2.24)points,respectively,which were higher than those of the control group[(77.56±3.34)points and(81.45±2.27)points],and the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of PBL teaching method combined with skill assessment in gynecological oncology teaching can improve the interns’satisfaction in teaching,and the interns’clinical teaching and practical performance can be improved after teaching.
