摘 要:目的研究医学本科生的创新现状,探讨创新氛围、学习动机、创新行为三者相互作用关系,以及创新氛围、学习动机对创新行为的影响。方法采用便利抽样法选取2022年11月—2023年2月广州医科大学398名本科生作为研究对象,使用大学生创新氛围量表、大学生学习动机量表和大学生创新行为量表对其进行调查。结果医学生创新行为量表得分为(17.55±3.53)分,处于中等水平,与大学生创新氛围量表和大学生学习动机量表得分呈正相关(r=0.056、0.116)。医学生创新氛围直接或间接影响创新行为,学习动机起到中介作用。创新氛围对学习动机有显著的正向预测作用(B=1.304,t=19.343,P<0.001);学习动机对创新行为也有显著的正向预测作用(B=0.116,t=8.490,P<0.001)。结论创新氛围和学习动机对医学生创新行为有显著性影响,学习动机在创新氛围与创新行为起到了中介作用,医学院校应通过营造良好的创新氛围促进医学生建立良好的学习动机,并且制定培养创新培养方案,激发医学生的创新行为。Objective To study the innovation status of medical undergraduate students,explore the interaction relationship between innovation atmosphere,learning motivation,and innovation behavior,as well as the influence of innovation atmosphere and learning motivation on innovation behavior.Methods A total of 398 undergraduate from Guangzhou Medical University from November 2022 to February 2023 were selected as the research subjects using convenience sampling method selection.They were surveyed using the College Student Innovation Atmosphere Scale,College Student Learning Motivation Scale,and College Student Innovation Behavior Scale.Results The score of the innovative behavior scale for medical undergraduates was(17.55±3.53)points,which was at the middle level,and was positively correlated with the scores of the innovative atmosphere scale and the learning motivation scale(r=0.056,0.116).Learning atmosphere has a significant positive predictive effect on learning motivation(B=1.304,t=19.343,P<0.001).Learning motivation also has a significant positive predictive effect on innovation behavior(B=0.116,t=8.490,P<0.001).Conclusion Innovative learning atmosphere and learning motivation have a significant impact on the innovative behavior of medical students.Learning motivation plays an intermediary role in the innovative atmosphere and innovative behavior.Medical colleges and universities should promote the establishment of good learning motivation for medical students by creating a good innovative atmosphere,and develop a training plan for cultivating innovation to stimulate the innovative behavior of medical students.
