摘  要:为了对民航飞行教员胜任力进行科学评价,全面提升飞行教员胜任力体系建设,本文在国内外规章及文献的基础上,结合飞行教员实际工作特点和要求,从基础指标、飞行员核心胜任力、作风胜任力、心理胜任力、教学能力及教学绩效六个方面出发,构建飞行教员胜任力评价体系,并采用G1法与CRITIC法相结合的主客观组合赋权法,确立民航飞行教员胜任力评价模型,并通过实例分析验证其合理性及可行性。为航校或航空公司全面评价飞行教员的胜任力提供了实际的量化指标和可行的系统方法,有助于提高飞行训练的管理和实施水平。In order to conduct scientific evaluation of the competency of civil aviation flight instructors and comprehensively improve the construction of the flight instructors competency system,this thesis,based on domestic and foreign regulations and literature,combined with the actual work characteristics and requirements of flight instructors,started from six aspects:basic indicators,pilot core competency,style competency,psychological competency,teaching ability and teaching performance.The competency evaluation system of flight instructor is constructed,the subjective and objective combination weighting method combining G1 method and CRITIC method is adopted to establish the competency evaluation model of civil aviation flight instructor,and its rationality and feasibility are verified by case analysis.It provides practical quantitative indexes and a feasible systematic method for aviation schools or airlines to evaluate the competency of flight instructors,and is helpful for improving the management and implementation of flight training.
